Sundown Cottages
All of our cottages are located in a quiet family area on beachfront property.
We have a volleyball/badminton net, individual fire pits, picnic tables and children's play structure.
Located next door is the Sauble Trading Post with a large supply of basic cottage needs and the best ice cream cones on the beach!
Cottage Rentals
During the summer months we rent full weeks only from Sunday to Sunday. Some weekend rentals are available in May, June and September.
Check-in time is 3:00 - 5:30 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Guests must bring their own sheets, blankets, garbage bags, fans, camp chairs, 1-ply toilet tissue and towels. Bed sizes for each cottage are noted in cottage descriptions.
Cottages are self-cleaning units and are to be left in the same clean and welcoming condition on departure as found on arrival.
Pets
No cats are permitted.
There is a $150.00 charge per week ($75.00 per weekend), for ONE small (under 30 lbs.) well-mannered and people-friendly dog per cottage. Dogs must: - NOT BE LEFT ALONE in the cottage.
- be on leash when out of the cottage
- be properly cleaned up after.
- not be allowed to bark repeatedly
Also note: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH from June through Labour Day (enforced by Saugeen Band Security)

Since we are family cottages QUIET TIME begins at 11:00 P.M. Your music should be for your enjoyment only at any time.
We appreciate you not smoking. There is absolutely no smoking in cottages.
